A dinner with Mr Nicola Trotta at Napo

Vinum Novum in collaboration with Napo farm to table Italian Cuisine will be matching wines from Southern Italy produced by Terre Borboniche Vini of Calabria to a seven-course pasta tasting menu. Nicola Trotta, director of Terre Borboniche Vini will present Nephele', a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot for the first time in North America.
